Schedule of Changes 
AIS is implementing a 1% logistics surcharge on our list pricing effective August 15, 2022
This list price surcharge is not subject to discounting.
The surcharge is not applicable on GSA contract orders at this time.
 
All orders received on or after May 1, 2022 will be impacted.
AIS will honor September 2021 pricing for opportunities registered prior to April 1, 2022 and shipping before June 30, 2022. However, the 9% net surcharge will be applied to these orders.
The AIS eCatalog and libraries will reflect the new prices beginning with the 20/20 Update for April 15, 2022.
National contracts that require AIS to hold pricing will be honored.
State contracts and other contracts will be evaluated individually. More information will follow.
These adjustments do not apply to GSA and Navy BPA Projects.
All surcharges will be removed on all orders received on or after May 1, 2022 except the current 20% net surcharge on steel bookcases and storage cabinets that will remain in effect until further notice.
